Hello, my name is Nesreen, you can call me Ness. Yes, you’ll find my name in both yumminess and uniqueness! I’m a single mom to three brilliant, funny, resilient, and kind daughters who are my greatest inspiration.

My journey into cake-making started as a way to rediscover myself after navigating through an abusive marriage and a challenging divorce. Little did I know, baking would transform from a personal healing process into a mission to spread love one delicious cake at a time.

Despite holding a structural engineering degree and dabbling in construction management, plastic manufacturing, semiconductor factories, and even opening two cookie stores, my heart always belonged to baking. Yes, it means sleepless nights when a cake is due, but my passion for creating special desserts keeps me going. 

Sharing my sweet creations with the world brings me immense joy. It’s my way of contributing to your special moments, and it also teaches my daughters the importance of following your passion and having the grit to succeed in life.
